Shannon Criss, Secretary to the Board and Superintendent, presented the formal 2026-2027 Budget Message referenced in the meeting materials (page 2). Corissa Wright, HESD Business Manager, led a budget work session and clarified procedural and numeric assumptions for committee members; Wright noted that Average Daily Membership (ADM) numbers used in the budget were provided by the State and may fluctuate. The meeting was called to order at 12:30 p.m. and adjourned at 1:34 p.m.
