Following an executive session held under Idaho Code Section 74-206(1)(b), the Filer School District Board of Trustees approved credit appeals for six students and denied one. Trustee Joe Maloney moved to approve the appeals for Students A, B, C, D, E and F and to deny the appeal for Student G; Trustee Tammy Kelly seconded the motion and it carried unanimously after the board reconvened at 5:30 p.m.
The board had entered executive session at 4:07 p.m. to consider matters relating to the evaluation or complaints concerning employees or students, as allowed by Idaho statute; the motion to enter executive session was adopted on a roll-call vote of the four trustees present. The board adjourned the special meeting at 5:50 p.m.
