At the start of the April 20 meeting Chair JC Siddoway noted two procedural items: moving agenda item four (Plats) ahead of item three (Sketch Plans), and removing Approval of Minutes from the current agenda because the minutes had not been distributed for review. Commissioner Sonnie Haws moved the agenda reorder (seconded by Kristen Andelin); the motion passed unanimously. Haws then moved to approve March minutes in May (seconded by Shellie Blanchard); that motion also passed unanimously.
No other formal votes or final decision tallies on plats, the Ray Ball sketch plan or the Husky Howl Conditional Use Permit were recorded in the transcript of this meeting. Staff indicated that additional studies, a Development Agreement and public hearing(s) will be scheduled as the Husky Howl and Ray Ball matters advance.
