Filer School District approves special meeting agenda, reconvenes and adjourns after executive session

The Board of Trustees of School District No. 413 convened a special meeting on Nov. 20, 2024, at the Filer School District Conference Room, 301 Highway 30, Filer, ID. Chairman Jenni Lanting called the meeting to order at 3:06 p.m. after the clerk confirmed that public notice had been posted in accordance with Idaho law (Sections 33-510 and 67-2340 through 67-2347).
At the start of the public meeting, Trustee Jeff Volle moved to approve the agenda; Trustee Joe Maloney seconded and the motion "carried unanimously" as recorded in the minutes. The board then considered a resolution to recess into executive session under Idaho Code §74-206(1)(b); after adopting that resolution, the board recessed at 3:11 p.m. The board returned to open session at 4:10 p.m. and Chairman Jenni Lanting adjourned the meeting at 4:10 p.m. No additional public votes or actions are recorded in the minutes following reconvening.
