Planner Dusty Rigby described a proposed five-lot short plat amendment to the Fullmer Subdivision No.1. The applicant previously split a chunk from the parent parcel in 2020 and is proposing to enlarge one lot and add three additional lots while retaining a large open-space parcel of more than 50 acres.
Rigby said staff had received one comment that was neither for nor against the amendment. The item was informational at the Planning Commission meeting; no decision was required at that stage and staff will process the amendment per standard short-plat procedures and public-notice rules before forwarding it for final action.
