Parents and students press board for coaching stability as trustees approve volunteer coaches

Later, under the consent agenda the board approved hires and volunteer coach appointments, including Stephanie Schmitt (DO Admin Assistant), Bert Burns (FHS Volunteer Baseball Coach), Mike Tanner (FHS Volunteer Boys Basketball Coach) and Brock Coon (FMS Volunteer Boys Basketball Coach), and approved the FHS fall coach rehire list. Trustee Joe Maloney moved to approve the consent agenda; Trustee Tammy Kelly seconded and the board voted unanimously.
