Committee B Chairman Dusty Madewell moved to "approve to add 25 mph and children at play signs on Bellvue Circle," seconded by Michael Chandler; the motion passed by voice vote with no opposition. The body also approved motions, moved by Madewell and seconded by Chandler, to set Russell Circle at 25 mph and Hunter Miller Road at 35 mph. Each motion was recorded as passing by voice vote with 0 opposed.
