Councilmember Blaine Heble moved to approve Ordinance No. 5495; the motion was seconded by Councilmember John Presley and passed 7-1, with Councilmember Joshua Swanson voting no.
The ordinance adoption updates the city's traffic code to match the League's post-legislative-session changes. The council did not request additional staff work on the item; the ordinance takes effect per the city's normal ordinance-adoption schedule.
