Board adopts agenda, notes two members absent
Summary

At the opening of the Laguna Beach Unified School District Board of Education meeting, the Chair asked Mrs. Weber to take roll. The Chair recorded "Member Kelly" and "Member Malcheski" as present and noted that "Members Hills and Perry have not yet arrived." The Chair then asked whether there were any requests to change the agenda; none were offered.
Following that exchange the Chair called for a motion to adopt the agenda and confirmed assent when members indicated agreement. The board proceeded with its planned business after adopting the agenda.
