1) Mural payment (Agenda item 7): Motion to approve payment of $19,000 to artist Luke Taft contingent on an amended deed restriction signed by the building owner (including Ray Cunningham). Mover: Councilman Dan Lewandowski. Second: Vice Mayor Speedy Kussler. Vote: 4–0 in favor, 1 absent.
2) Draft CRA Plan (Agenda item 8): Motion to approve the draft 2025 Community Redevelopment Area Plan for further processing. Mover: Vice Mayor Speedy Kussler. Second: Councilman Dan Lewandowski. Vote: 4–0 in favor, 1 absent.
