The Keystone Heights City Council approved a $118,300 contract for tennis court reconstruction, awarding the work to NIDY Construction on Aug. 4.
Deputy City Manager Beau Wright presented the recommendation and noted the bid and scope; Councilman Elston Kussler moved to approve the contract and Councilman Ryan Knight seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
The council directed standard contract-execution steps and the city will proceed with procurement and scheduling with the awarded contractor.
