"I alleged the following overreach and abuses by city manager Eric Weir and the project's applicant and or lobbyist Kevin Hartwick," Dye said during public comment.
Dye also raised a conflict-of-interest allegation involving Commissioner Paul Martinez, asserting Martinez had a connection to the applicant through a family employment relationship and noting Martinez later recused himself on other votes. He urged the council to "relitigate AR 26-02 with Chairperson Ray Wahl present, [and] Commissioner Martinez recused," and to provide the data Dye said was withheld. The council did not take action on these demands during the meeting; no city staff response or formal investigation was announced on the record at the session.
