The commission tabled action on the Final Bid Package & Contract for the City Hall project and deferred the decision to the regular commission meeting on Thursday, Aug. 21, 2025. City Clerk Silvia Roussin had asked for guidance on approval of the CPH contract; Vice‑Mayor Doug Colonell agreed to remove contract approval from the current agenda and to place it on the Aug. 21 regular meeting agenda so commissioners could provide further comments.
Vice‑Mayor Colonell told architect Brandan DeCaro that the commission would supply additional comments prior to the Aug. 21 meeting. The tabling preserves time for final review and ensures the bid package is finalized in advance of the planned bid release window.
