Lindsborg to seek KDOT cost-share for Diversion Channel box culvert with 25% local match

Councilmember Rebecca Van Der Wege moved to approve the submission; Councilmember Tanner Corwin seconded. The motion passed 8-0 by roll call vote.
Staff noted the box culvert and associated work represent more than half of the Diversion Channel project cost; any award would reimburse construction costs per the KDOT program rules and require the city to provide the local match if selected.
