Budget error allows one-time funds for Old Mill museum and Senior Center

Staff also cautioned that external allocations are becoming increasingly challenging because of deferred maintenance on city-owned assets.
These allocations were included as part of the overall budget adoption and were not voted on separately. The council adopted the full budget by roll call vote, 8-0.
