Sankey Park Phase 3 contract progressing; bandstand plan altered after big cost increase

Staff said construction would begin as weather and scheduling permit and that the bandstand design will continue to be refined while keeping costs in mind.
Next steps identified include finalizing the trail contract, continuing bandstand design work within new constraints, and updating the committee on any changes to schedule or funding.
