The board reviewed three OSBA election items and took votes during the meeting. On the proposed progressive dues schedule, administration said current dues (about $2,500) could more than double to roughly $5,200 by 2031 under the proposal; the board voted to approve the dues-schedule resolution with a recorded result of five yeas and two nays.
On a separate resolution to create a Pride caucus within OSBA, the board debated whether to take a position now or at the December meeting and ultimately moved a resolution "to not approve the creation of a pride caucus" (motion made by Director Barnett, seconded by Director Cole). The chair conducted a roll-call that the transcript reports as five yes and two no on the motion to not approve, recorded in the meeting as a 5–2 result. Directors asked for clearer sequencing in OSBA's statewide ballot materials and noted the timing constraints for OSBA submission.
