Roll call showed President Dave Napier and Commissioners Pat Armon, Wendy Berry, Lisa Eng-Sarne, Robyn Gulley and John Justen present; Commissioner Doug Fromm was absent. Commissioner Wendy Berry moved to adopt the agenda and Commissioner Lisa Eng-Sarne seconded; the motion passed 6-0.
During General Business the Authority approved a resolution to adopt a revised Purchase and Development (TIF) Agreement for Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-6 (Greco). Commissioner Robyn Gulley moved to adjourn; Commissioner John Justen seconded and the meeting was adjourned at 8:11 PM. The minutes were signed by City Clerk Elke Johnson.
