Subsequent motions approving the RedSpeed amendment, declaring the sidearm surplus, tabling the gazebo repairs, and approving the LHOST resolutions were each recorded as passing 5-0. The council recessed into executive session at 8:03 p.m. and reconvened at 8:59 p.m., and Mayor Jake Ayers adjourned the meeting at 9:00 p.m.
