Council approves minutes, pays $69,422.16 in invoices and adopts multiple routine motions

Councilmember Cochran moved to approve the minutes; the motion passed. Councilmember Sykes moved to pay invoices; Councilmember Julich seconded and the motion carried.
The council also passed a series of individual motions recorded in the meeting minutes: extensions of lake-site stays for Drew Collins and Travis Wright through Nov. 4, 2024, and the appointment of Kristi Bishop (term through Dec. 31, 2024), Kayla Daniels (term through Dec. 31, 2026) and Hailey Hanzlick (term through Dec. 31, 2025) to the Altamont Recreation Commission. Each item was approved by motion and recorded as "motion carried."
