Committee approves April minutes, corrects Barry reference and sets July meeting date

The committee scheduled its next meeting for Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. A motion to adjourn at 2:31 p.m. was made by Tim Hilchey and seconded by Vern Harrington; the minutes record five ayes (Hilchey, Chalfant, Harrington, Sylvester, Caswell) and a parenthetical tally of (4-0-0).
