Senate announces State of the State for Feb. 4 and lists committee meeting schedule

The clerk (Clark) summarized additional meetings: Appropriations Subcommittee No. 5 at 8:15 a.m. Wednesday, Technology at 9 a.m. Wednesday, and Rules at 9:30 a.m.
