He referenced prior upfitting figures, stating he had upfitted vehicles for "between 12 and 13,000" at a previous organization and that other past figures he recalled were "just a little over 37" and "around 40," but the precise current upfitting estimate for the third vehicle was not available during the meeting.
Committee members recorded the motion on the public record; the chair announced the motion carried and the item will appear on tonight's City Council agenda.
