Committee forwards Liberty Plaza Phase 2 street acceptance, noting seasonal repairs

Assistant City Engineer Davis described the eastern portion of Henry Potter Road and Yealnor Drive in Liberty Plaza Phase 2 and reported that construction is complete with identified repair items limited by seasonal conditions.
Davis noted that "there are a couple of repair items… cracks in concrete that are limited by seasonal limitations," and that the warranty period will not commence until those repairs are completed in the spring. Staff recommended approval so developers can withdraw building permits and continue work during the construction season.
A committee member moved to approve Resolution 25-09 and forward it to a future City Council meeting with a recommendation of approval; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote. The council will receive the recommendation for final action and any associated warranty timing will be documented in the council packet.
