After the vote Mayor Millsop discussed residents' concerns and recent legal claims involving Anderson Brothers with City Engineer Alex Voit. Residents had questioned the company's value in light of fraud charges referenced in public comment; Voit said SEH's scope includes oversight and testing of the contractor's work and noted "there is a one‑year warranty, but part of the total cost is for SEH to watch, test, and oversee the work that Anderson Brothers is doing," providing additional inspection and testing as part of the contract.
