Grand Gulf park requests urgent road and campground utility repairs, seeks capital carryover

Committee members pressed for financial context: one senator asked whether RV park income accounted for the bulk of special funds; McKay said monthly rental income is about $700 per site and that RV fees are the primary source of the park’s special-fund revenue. McKay said she plans to raise nightly RV fees to about $35 going forward.
The committee asked McKay for photographs of the road conditions and for follow-up detail on the timing and scope of repairs; the hearing paused for a brief break before moving to the next agency presentation.
