Staff says Hutsal transformer delivery imminent; 69 kV side energized, 115 kV work ongoing

"That should be here the next month," Staff member said of the transformer. Staff said commissioning will resume when the transformer is in place and that the utility expects a busy period of testing and finishing work through late August once the unit arrives.
