Hannah said the changes had been discussed at a March 17 workshop and reviewed by a personnel policy review committee; she described the items as routine clarifications and statutory alignments.
A commissioner praised the committee process and anticipated additional tweaks in future reviews; the board approved the updated personnel policy on a voice vote. Staff said similar small updates are expected annually and will be brought to the board for final approval when required.
