Staff invites dot-exercise input and provides contact for parks master-plan comments

After the presentation, staff moved the meeting into an open-house format and asked attendees to review poster boards and participate in a dot exercise: green dots to indicate agreement with a takeaway and red dots to indicate disagreement. Staff provided printed materials, QR codes and paper surveys at city hall and the library and encouraged additional written comments to planning@cityoftoledo.org or by phone.
Staff explained the dot exercise and how green dots should be placed for the facilities respondents use most often; Justin and other staff asked that people stay to discuss details and to leave written feedback for the master-plan record. Staff said they will incorporate the open-house input as they proceed with outreach and draft recommendations.
