Building Official Tony Loreno said each permit specifies required inspections, and Assistant City Attorney Scott Black confirmed the city will pay All Aspects while specialty threshold or third-party testing remains the contractor’s responsibility.
Commissioners voted unanimously to approve the inspection-services contract. Contractor representative Ken Bygler described contractual inspection responsibilities and staff indicated they will circulate the permit inspection list to the commission. The commission approved the proposal by motion of Mayor Freddie Foster and second by Commissioner Tom DiFransico.
