Commission to consider deducts and approve contract at Nov. 14 special meeting

Assistant City Attorney Scott Black told the group the contract would be ready for the Nov. 14 City Commission Special Meeting and that legal staff would work with the contractor to prepare the document. Ken Bygler cautioned that once subcontracts are written, issuing change orders will be more difficult, so commissioners should identify any deducts at the Nov. 14 meeting if they want to avoid later modifications.
