Caroline County staff have sent letters to residents on long drives and private roads in the southern half of the project and asked anyone who has not been contacted to call the county at (804) 633-1088 or submit a question on the broadband page. "If you live on a long drive or a private drive in these areas and have not been contacted, please call us at (804) 633-1088, or go to the county website to the broadband page and click to submit your question button," Sadler said.
Sadler also reminded listeners that the update and future reports are available on the county YouTube site and the broadband tab of the county website, and he announced the next broadband update is scheduled for August 17, 2026. The county encouraged residents with questions to use the web form so staff can record and respond to inquiries.
