Caroline County opens areas 1–19 for sale; multiple zones to follow this summer and fall

County IT director David Sadler said areas 1–19 and areas south of the 207301 line are now open for sale; GCV 20/22 are estimated to open in August 2026 and several TCV/DCV zones will follow in August–October.
David Sadler said that as of the evening of July 20, "all areas 1 through 19 are open for sale" and that the county expects additional zones to come online in the following months. He named GCV 20 and GCV 22 as estimated for August 2026 and listed TCV 21, 23, 25 and 26 and DCV 24 among zones scheduled through September and October.
Sadler gave geographic specifics for several zones — for example, he said GCV 20 covers the area around Nancy Wright's corner, along Page Road to west of Edgehill Academy Road, and that DCV 24 will include Stonewall Jackson Road from the railroad tracks down to the Spotsylvania County line. He urged residents to consult the county broadband map for shaded zones showing active construction and rollout timing.
