McLaren said that while the Fry Drive conditions may apply, "that should not be something that we typically do" and warned of a "slippery slope" if developers rely on prior approvals rather than fresh reviews.
Chairman Carldon R. Machamer and the Board accepted McLaren’s comment for the record but proceeded to apply the same set of conditions and approve the two consolidated permits for the Dauphin Drive site. The transcript shows no additional speakers opposing the reuse of conditions; the Board voted 4-0 to carry the motion to approve.
