Board notified of NCDOT request to add Sawtooth Drive to state‑maintained roads

Planning staff told the Planning Board that the North Carolina Department of Transportation submitted a petition to add Sawtooth Drive (Sawtooth Oaks Subdivision, Section 1, Phase 2) to the State Maintained Secondary Road System. Jonas Hill advised the board that the Board of Commissioners adopted a resolution at its Feb. 16 meeting allowing Sawtooth Drive to be considered for acceptance into the state system.
