As an informational item, Planning Director Jonas Hill told the board staff had received a petition from Christopher E. Sutton to rezone approximately 45.62 acres (Parcel 21731) from Rural Agricultural (RA) to Rural Residential (RR) at the southeastern corner of County Home Road and Ivy Road (Swift Creek Township). Hill advised the board that the Board of Commissioners approved the rezoning at its Feb. 16, 2026 meeting.
The item was presented for information and no additional action was taken by the Planning Board during the Feb. 18 meeting.
