Tara Taylor was unable to attend. Morgan McKeown submitted materials indicating experience in fiduciary responsibility and infrastructure oversight.
Councilmembers cast recorded votes; several councilmembers (Malmstrom, Evans, Pitcher, Milbank) listed Steve Roberts as their choice in the meeting record. After the roll, Recorder Lind administered the oath of office to Roberts, who will serve until the 2027 election.
