Wayfinding vendor Merge to begin site visits and stakeholder interviews in August

Staff told the board the citywide wayfinding vendor Merge will start site visits in early August and conduct structured interviews with stakeholders to better align signage with how residents and visitors navigate Norwalk. "The vendor that was chosen Merge is preparing for their site visit in early August," Brian said, noting interviews will include businesses and institutions.
Staff said interviews will be small (around six participants) and may be held at the Yankee Doodle Conference Room, but they may shift locations as needed to accommodate participants. The update also noted Commissioner Larsh is part of the project's steering committee and staff will provide additional updates as the project advances.
