Commissioners asked for additional fenestration, historically compatible porch railings and consideration of reducing interior program size. Commissioner Savino urged the applicant to review building heights relative to neighboring bungalows and noted the floor-plan programs included "3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths" in places where smaller plans could reduce perceived massing. The commission approved conceptual plans with staff stipulations and asked the applicant to return with clear final drawings at the next stage.
