Jeff Wazinski said the town has several years before students would move to a new facility and that mothballing is a feasible short-to-midterm option while the community seeks reuse decisions. "It's about 75 to maybe $100,000 a year, for kind of carrying cost," he said when describing the estimate for keeping Center on the site.
