Maple Bluff Country Club cleared to replace 1956 golf-course restroom and add snack bar

Josh Lupine, golf course superintendent, presented the country club's plan to replace a 1956 restroom with a new restroom and grab-and-go snack bar located roughly 40 yards from the existing building and centrally sited on the course. Lupine said the club is asking for approval of two exterior color options and wants the board to allow the club flexibility to finalize materials and window size prior to ordering materials.
Board members approved the project as presented and agreed to allow both color options and a larger front window, asking the applicant to have revised architectural elevations run by staff (Triple H/architect) and Tanner for final review. The board noted the item will also appear at a special village board meeting next Tuesday for additional consideration at that next-level meeting.
