Board conditionally approves final plan for 100-foot Verizon monopole near Airport Road

The township engineer’s review letter was discussed and Albano said the applicant will resubmit to the county planning commission and provide an updated adequacy letter. The applicant also agreed to a tower removal agreement and a decommissioning bond. After clarifications about barbed wire and compliance with the wireless ordinance and engineering review, the board voted to grant conditional final approval with the standard conditions and county review items noted.
