The manager explained cloud-enabled controls would let staff quickly review trends rather than reading individual analog charts.
A motion to authorize the requested ARPA expenditures was made, seconded and carried. Staff noted that while more funding is budgeted than currently obligated, some budgeted items will await final obligations and potential reallocation.
