Each item was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote during the meeting once a quorum (Max, Donnie and the Chair) was present. Where motions referenced specific tabs in the meeting packet, the board approved items "as presented." The board set a public hearing for Sept. 21 as part of the budget process and moved the budget adoption meeting to Oct. 12 to avoid fall break.
