Trustees approved numerous personnel recommendations across extracurricular positions, custodial and maintenance support, and classroom staffing. The board approved employments that included John Paul Hobbs as junior high girls basketball coach and several assistant and grade‑level coaches; volunteer coaching appointments were also approved by voice vote.
The board accepted resignations from Brock Malone (assistant transportation/grounds), Samantha Capatillo (instructional aide at North Knox Jr./Sr. High) and Reagan Lon (North Knox Primary custodian), and approved internal transfers such as Reagan Lon to junior/senior high instructional aide and Maline Trout moving from grade one to grade two. A maternity leave request for Riley Wampler from Aug. 5–31, 2026 was approved.
The board also approved employment of Roger Lemons as assistant transportation/grounds and maintenance person, part‑time summer maintenance Nash McClure, Courtney Forny for summer custodial hours, and a roster of JumpStart teachers and aides including Pam Curtis, Maline Trout, Christina Groman, Amy Sloan, Stephen (last name not specified), Tammy Mureer and aides Kelly Culler, Stacy Page, and Alyssa Lynch. These personnel actions were taken by motion and voice vote during the meeting.
