The presenter said staff will maintain a standing tracker for the board and publish progress updates. "The objective tonight is to have the board review and act on the smart goals that will implement the four priorities," the presenter said.
Trustees asked about staffing capacity given the plan's ambition, recommended conservative timelines and regular agenda follow‑ups, and suggested board liaisons to regional bodies (for example, North Side Planning Council and Madison contacts) to improve coordination.
