Recreation director: Marina dock and hoist installed; decking nearly finished

The Recreation Director told the Parks & Recreation Committee that the Marina Park dock and hoist were installed this past weekend and that final top decking work should be finished by the end of the week. "The dock has been installed as well as the hoist this past weekend," the Recreation Director said, noting Deno Docks is the contractor under contract for dock equipment.
Staff said the Beach Park dock will also receive new top decking and that the vendor will deliver materials a week before Public Works can schedule installation. Committee members and Public Works staff (Tom and Paul) will coordinate timing and workloads to minimize disruption to marina renters and user groups during the summer season.
