Shamrock Lakes outlines spring paving, new street-sign installs and parking updates

The board also discussed replacing concrete parking bumpers at the town office and possibly at Wells Park, adding painted parking spots and designating a handicap space. Staff flagged a safety concern about exposed PVC at the lift station and said they would explore ways to harden or protect it.
