Commission to ask BOS about administrative assistant job duty added without director's knowledge

The commission also prepared a separate letter about office space for the new assistant and voted to have D. Bourbeau read that letter at the BOS meeting (motion by P. Golfin; second by B. Armfield; unanimous). The minutes record these motions and indicate the commission expects the BOS to consider the requests at an upcoming selectmen's meeting; the BOS response is not recorded in these minutes.
