The Board of Selectmen voted to award the Town Hall roof replacement contract to NSI for $93,000 and to transfer $45,000 from the FY26-27 Town Garage Roof line to fund the work. Peter Hughes, Director of Planning & Development, said five bids were reviewed and recommended stripping the roof and installing 50-year shingles.
Ms. McFarland moved both the transfer and award; Louise Concodello seconded and the board voted unanimously in favor. The work scope as presented calls for stripping the existing roof and installing 50-year shingles; Mr. Hughes indicated the funds came from the capital budget reallocation.
